Wisdom

Life's hardest decisions have no rulebook. Proverbs 8 says wisdom outweighs gold and jewels, and pictures it as present when God created everything, meaning reality has a built-in pattern that cannot be ignored. Proverbs 4 goes further, naming the heart as the wellspring of every thought, desire, and action you have. Good morals help, but they cannot reshape what is already bent. Jesus steps into that gap. He is the wisdom of God made flesh, the one who walked the way of wisdom perfectly and then died in the place of those who never could. Knowing Him is where wisdom begins.

No set of rules covers every hard decision you face. Proverbs 8 presents wisdom as something far more valuable than gold, and it turns out wisdom is not a skill to master but a person to know.

Every choice you make flows from your heart, and by nature every heart leans toward foolishness. Proverbs 4 says wisdom is not a set of rules to memorise but a living Word to embrace and love.
