Open House Kids

Kids are a vital part of our church family, and we're committed to helping them encounter the greatest story ever told, make friends, and have fun along the way.

What to expect.

During school terms, Open House Kids runs during our Sunday Service. Kids and their parents join us at the beginning of the service for a short Bible story time, then head out to the back hall with their trained leaders for an age-appropriate program of crafts, questions, and games.

We use The Biggest Story curriculum, helping kids see how all of Scripture points to Jesus.

Two age groups.

Open House Kids early years children playing and doing crafts together
Early years

At this age, it's less about discussion and more about wonder. Our early years program uses intentionally themed crafts and games to help little ones encounter the Bible in ways that are hands-on and age-appropriate. We want them to leave each week having had fun, and having heard something true.

Open House Kids primary group learning about Jesus through role play and discussion
Primary

Our primary program is built around discussion and questions, because school-aged kids can engage with the Bible in meaningful ways when given the chance. Crafts and games keep it lively, but our deeper goal is to come alongside parents in discipling kids who genuinely know and love Jesus.
